My name is Roslyn Snow. I live in Villa Balboa, Newport Beach, CA. It's a great pleasure to write on behalf of Troy Gianerakis of Troy's Restoration. Troy has repaired the damages from water intrusion and done mold remediation in 3 of my properties so I have a good vantage point from which to recommend him as an incredible workman and person.

One property sustained a dishwasher leak that penetrated flooring, cabinetry and the garage ceiling below the kitchen. This was at Meadow Brook Lane in Costa Mesa. The second was at 260 Cagney when a leak in a ventilation shaft adjacent to, but outside, our unit created extensive black mold damage. The third was at 260 Cagney when a faulty HVAC installation left the air return cupboard and air ducts contaminated with mold.

In each incident Troy arrived with an array of precision instruments, monitoring the extent of both moisture and mold. He tested the indoor air, then set up a hazardous screen and in his "space suit" began the demolition of the contaminated wall board and cabinetry. Once the air samples were tested he explained the species and the extent of mold that he found, allowing us to bring reliable information to our doctors so that they could treat us for the symptoms we had experienced. After the re-build and duct cleaning he re-tested the air which gave us assurance of air safety.

Troy is one of the most diligent workers around. He is thorough, systematic, hands-on, really professional about explaining his equipment and the science involved in remediation. Finding black mold in an air duct outside your own unit that has invaded your bathroom is truly terrifying. Troy took the fear out of it. Water intrusion can be the sneaky problem that undermines the health and comfort of owners living in multi unit buildings. Troy's empathy and knowledge would go a long way to settle nerves as well as fix the problems.
