About Troy Gianerakis, Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Troy Gianerakis is the company owner and CEO. He started his career in carpet cleaning and saw a need for drying out carpets from floods. Troy then pursued training with the IICRC to obtain certification in structural dry outs.
During the time our owner earned multiple trade certifications, our business continually flourished under his leadership to become the damage restoration and mold remediation company it is known today. Additionally, Troy is an IICRC-certified master in water damage restoration and fire damage restoration as well as a microbial specialist.
